We had a great first year and then 2020 happened for everyone. I pivoted and kept pressing forward. From Bachelors to business to publishing my book, masters degree to launching a legendary website and continued slow and steady growth.

Confidence is something that we have to work at daily. Practice speaking blessings into your life and believing in possibilities. Embrace your perfectly imperfect self and take that first step towards your purpose. Everyone has to start somewhere. Do it scared! Set a tiny goal and once you accomplish that, your confidence will increase and you can build on it one step at a time. If you stumble on your journey, get back up and try again. Fail Forward and Learn as you GROW! You’re worth it.

If you are a mom or someone who takes care of others, you are doing them a disservice by not filling up your cup 1st! Self care isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the responsibilities of life, try these easy tips to Self-Care⬇️⬇️⬇️

1- Go outside! - ☀️ getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D is a great way to recharge.

2- Take a Deep Breathe! 🧘🏻‍♀️Yoga, meditation, prayer, and even journaling are all ways to ground and restore your energy.

3- Do something that brings you joy, 🥰whether is art, music, reading, or just a fun activity with your kids. Make time for what makes you Happy!

4- Get your rest! 💤 Sleep is so important and we need it to function properly so listen to your body and aim for 7-8 hours.

5- Eat what makes you feel good🍎Add the stuff to fuels your body. A car can’t run very well on fake fuel and either can you. Drink water and eat your veggies!
